UNICOR guarantees all products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. UNICOR's guarantee applies to the original purchaser of the item and is in effect upon receipt of the item. Please refer to the links below for the appropriate product or service warranty.

Products and services have the following warranty unless otherwise specified in the purchase agreement.
Fleet Warranty
UNICOR guarantees all products to be free from defect in materials and workmanship. This guarantee applies to the original purchaser of the item and is in effect upon receipt of the item. UNICOR reserves the right to determine whether a UNICOR product is defective in material or workmanship, and whether the below-listed exceptions to the warranty apply. Should UNICOR determine that a UNICOR product is defective in material or workmanship, and no exceptions to the warranty apply, UNICOR will then, at its option, apply one of the following remedies:
- 1. Issue replacement parts only.
- 2. Determine that replacement parts and more significant labor may be required, and repair the item.
- 3. Replace the item.
Warranty Exceptions
- Missing products: Delivery shortages and incorrect shipments must be reported within 15 days of the shipping date.
- Abuse or Misuse of products: While we stand behind our commitment to provide the highest quality standards, products have a life expectancy based on normal use. The Product Warranty does not apply to products subject to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, negligence, accident, or exposure to inclement weather conditions.
- Obsolete products with remaining warranty: Products no longer in production or their parts are no longer commercially available to support repair or replacement of in warranty items, customers will be offered either a replacement item or a discount toward the purchase of a comparable item.
Products have the following warranty, unless otherwise specified in the purchasing agreement:
Workmanship: shall be warranted to perform both fit and function for a period of 1 year from the date of shipping to the original owner.
Coatings and Paints: are warranted for 1 year from the date of shipping to the original owner.
The following items are not covered:
- Damage resulting from unusual environmental conditions (extreme climate, acids, and moisture)
- Damage resulting from prolonged exposure to UV light
- Damage resulting from abrasive cleaners
- Damage resulting from improper storage
- Corrosion, nicks, and chips resulting from use
Vehicular Electronics
Vehicular Electronics are warranted equal to the original manufacturers warranty from the date of shipping to the original owner against manufacturing defects. Electronics warranty does not apply to failure caused by accident or alterations.
Labor and servicing cost are covered for one year from the date of shipping to the original owner.
Exclusions
Any damage or deterioration resulting from the following:
- Neglect of periodic maintenance as recommended by the original manufacturer
- Improper repair or maintenance
- Operating methods other than those the product was designed to perform
- Exposure of the product to chemical agents, sea water, salt, or other corrosive environments
- Unauthorized alteration, misuse, incorporation, or use of unsuitable attachments or parts
- Normal wear and tear (including, but not limited to, normal fading of painted or plated surfaces, sheet peeling, and other natural deterioration)
UNICOR reserves the right to request that the damaged product be returned prior to granting a remedy.
UNICOR offers no other warranty, either expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. UNICOR shall not be liable for consequential or incidental damages arising from any product defect.
