UNICOR is going live with GT&Cs (7600A) only in the Treasury’s G-Invoicing portal on October 1, 2022. No ORDERS (7600B) or Performance objects will be processed in the Treasury’s G-Invoicing portal at this time. We will provide updates once we implement Orders (7600B) and Performance. You must use the order originating partner indicator as ‘Servicing Agency’ in the GT&Cs before submitting for approval.

Replacement Parts and Repair Services: We suggest that you first review our warranty information and instructions, and if you don't find the information you need, please contact the CSC by any of the methods above.

Request Changes, Cancellations, or Returns: Please contact us immediately, preferably by phone, at (800) 827-3168, as such transactions may result in restocking fees. We will provide you an estimate of the cost to return your item(s). The cost typically includes repackaging, return freight, and possible product rework charges (in the event of damage due to inadequate returned packaging).
