UNICOR manufactures a wide variety of clothing, gloves, draperies, bedding, and other woven products. Our sophisticated high-speed looming machines weave cotton blankets, towels, and washcloths. We also have the capability to dye textiles. Our capabilities include:

Cut and Sew

• We have proven experience producing goods made from materials including cotton, cotton/polyester, Kevlar, and leather.
• Beyond our full service sewing operations, we can sort, assemble, and package your finished goods.
• We offer a full line of custom made draperies in partnership with commercial companies that handle on-site measurements and installations. Matching bedspreads, berth curtains, cubicle curtains, and hospital privacy curtains are also available.

Repair and Enhancement

Designing and manufacturing products per your specifications are our strengths. We're able to recommend and make design changes for improved wear, such as those we implemented to produce customized, long-wearing heavy duck cotton satchels for the U. S. Postal Service and the State Department.
• We can also repair and produce additional items like tarpaulins, parachutes, bags, and more.

Quilting, Panel Cutting, Tufting, and Heat Sealing

• We manufacture innerspring/cotton felt mattresses and box springs from basic models suitable for cabins and dorms, to a luxurious quilted mattress for quarters applications. Specialized machinery is used to heat seal and fuse mattress covers to the final product.

Embroidery and Silk Screening

• UNICOR can silkscreen or embroider logos, emblems, or slogans on T-shirts, golf shirts, sweats, windbreakers, and a variety of other items.
• Up to six colors can be printed on any given item, and we can match most colors. Multi-sided printing of an item is also available, and we will be glad to use your artwork, or create a custom design, in-house, based on your specifications.

Specialized Textiles

• UNICOR produces body armor that meets National Institute of Justice standards, as well as a wide range of ballistics products for military applications.
