Quality, Affordable and Farm Fresh

UNICOR's agriculture division produces quality, affordable dairy products for the Bureau of Prisons (BOP). Our agriculture division extends to cattle for sale at auctions and fresh produce for both the Bureau of Prisons and private sector customers where the federal government is the end user. Quality and competitive pricing come standard with UNICOR, with fast lead times whether it’s the packaging produce process or getting the milk out.

Dairy

UNICOR operates a state-of-the-art dairy at the Lompoc, California prison, producing dairy-based beverages and related food items. Our customers include the Food Service division of the Bureau of Prisons at Lompoc and neighboring institutions. Similarly, we operate a dairy facility the Federal Prison in El Reno, Oklahoma.

UNICOR's agriculture division currently produce the following dairy-based products:

Flavored drinks include Fruit Punch, Orange, and Grape.
All are kosher certified by the Union of Orthodox Jewish Congregations of America.

UNICOR also produces salted butter, available in 25- and 50-pound corrugated cardboard boxes.

Produce

In addition to dairy products, UNICOR extends its agriculture expertise to the production of the following items of produce, for sale to both the Bureau of Prisons and the private sector customers where the federal government is the end user.

Our Process

Orders are processed weekly and delivered to institutions by our trusted drivers. Current price sheets and inquiries from nearby institutions may be requested of our Farm Manager, Fred Hayes.

NOTE: UNICOR is currently authorized to sell our Lompoc dairy products only to our BOP colleagues. We are not authorized to resell food products manufactured by others.
