Wire harness assemblies perform a critical function, serving as the nervous system of the aircraft to transmit current and electronic signals from nose to tail. UNICOR manufactures highly complex electrical harnesses and harness assemblies for operating and controlling virtually all parts of an aircraft, from the fuselage harness to the power distribution assembly. Our assemblies are often used in applications requiring a high density of wiring and complex circuitry.

UNICOR constructs aircraft harness assemblies with high-performance wire and cable that is flame-retardant and resistant to most solvents, fuels and lubricants. We also perform all crimping, soldering of components, and incorporate overbraiding and shielding for protection against EMI, RFI and EMP.

UNICOR harness assemblies are designed to provide reliable, high performance in the most demanding environmental conditions, and can be found in Cobra helicopters, fighter jets and trainers.

Note: We do not inventory aircraft harness assemblies for retail sale. UNICOR's capabilities are ideal for contract/wholesale and/or specialty manufacturing.
