Order Delivery Status

There are two means for checking order delivery status online:

Logged in: If you are logged in then you may visit your My Account Dashboard. Open your 'My Order Delivery Status' applet to see status of orders delivered since November, 2021. Click on any order to see the status of each line item.

Not logged in (or did not personally place the order): If you are not logged in, or if you did not place the order then click on the 'Order Status' link in the top header on every page. You will need to search for your order - use the UNICOR order number or your agency purchase order number. Once your order is found you may click to see the line item status.

Tip: If the order was placed with no Purchase Order Number and no suggested 'Customer tracking number' then we fill that search field with the Customer Name; e.g. JONESTOM, and you may try that to find your order.

Delivery Tracking:

Once your order has shipped, our inmate clerks will enter the data necessary to link to the shipping company's delivery tracking website. The shipping company's logo will appear, wrapped with a hyperlink to that tracking website. Click on it to see what happened after it left UNICOR.

If the order is delinquent or if it has shipped but no tracking information appears, then please contact our customer service center for assistance. Please include the order number, line item(s) in your inquiry.
