1. What kind of products and services does UNICOR offer?

UNICOR is required by statute to diversify its product offerings as much as possible, minimizing the Federal Prison Industries program's impact on any one industry. Currently UNICOR produces over 80 types of products and services for sale to the Federal Government.

Yes. UNICOR is required to meet the same performance and safety standards as any other supplier to the Federal Government. UNICOR Operations are ISO-9001:2008 certified. FPI Recycling Operations are R2 certified.
