Order Changes and Cancellations
Changing or cancelling an order or item on any order may result in a restocking fee if not caused by defect or damage. Contact us immediately with any change requests. For cancellations, we will provide you an estimate of the cost to return your order. Such costs typically include repackaging, return freight charges, and possibly product rework charges to fix damages incurred during the return shipment due to inadequate packaging.
