1. How to sign in: New customer
If you have never signed in to our website, you will need to create a new account with us. On the Sign In page, click on the 'Create One' link, right below the big blue Sign In button, then follow the instructions there.
2. How to sign in: Returning customer
If you have a user ID and a password, type your user ID in the first box on the Sign In page; type your password in the second box; then press the big blue 'Sign In' button.
3. What does Show Password do?
When you check the 'Show Password' box on the Sign In page, it activates a little viewing area just below the Password box that will show you the characters that you have typed so far. You may find this helpful, particularly when typing long, complex passwords. (We recommend that you avoid using this feature when other folks are present.)
When finished viewing your password, we recommend that you uncheck the Show Password checkbox right away: this will once again conceal your password from prying eyes.
4. I have forgotten my password. How do I retrieve it?
On the Sign In page, press the Forgot Password link just below the Password box. This will take you to a retrieval page, where you will be asked for your email address. After typing your email, press Submit. We will then send you an email containing a new, temporary password. Use this password to sign in: you will then be prompted to enter a new, permanent password.
5. I have forgotten my user ID. How do I retrieve it?
On the Sign In page, press the Forgot User ID link just below the User ID box. This will take you to a retrieval page, where you will be asked for your email address. After typing it in, press Submit. We will then send you an email containing a new user ID. Use your new user ID and your existing password to sign in.
6. I have forgotten both my user ID and my password. How do I retrieve them?
On the Sign In page, press the Forgot User ID link just below the User ID box. This will take you to a retrieval page, where you will be asked for your email address. Check the little 'Reset' box just below your password, then press Submit. We will then send you an email containing a new user ID, together with a temporary password. Use your new user ID and password to sign in; you will then be prompted to enter a new, permanent password. At that time you may also select a new user ID if you wish.
7. How do I change my password or user ID?
Press My Account, near the top right corner of the page. (If not already signed in, you will be prompted to do so at this time.) That will bring you to the My Account Dashboard page. Next press the large My Account Information button. Finally, press either the Change Password or the Change User ID button and follow the instructions there.
Our password security requires that every password be at least 8 characters long (100 characters max) and must contain at least three of these four types of characters:
- lower case letters
- UPPER CASE LETTERS
- Numbers
- The specific special characters ! # $ * - + = : , ? ~
Our User ID security has simpler requirements:
- Minimum length 3 characters
- Maximum length 50 characters
- Must be unique (no one else already using it)
8. I’m on the Sign In page, but I've changed my mind: I don’t want to sign in. How do I get back to the last page I was on?
Press Cancel at the top right corner of the form. We will try to remember where you started and get you back there.
