FSC code 8405 and FSC code 8410
This notice announces FPI’s intentions to produce Baseball Caps under FSC code 8405- Outerwear, Men’s and FSC code 8410 - Outerwear, Women’s in support of FPI’s embroidery operations. In the past FPI has been procuring baseball caps from outside sources. The baseball caps produced by FPI will only be utilized to fulfill orders received for the purpose of embroidering the baseball caps. FPI does not intend to produce baseball caps as an individual product, i.e., non-embroidered, for sale directly to the federal government nor will FPI respond to any solicitations for baseball caps that are not embroidered.
Interested parties have a right to comment or raise questions with FPI’s Board of Directors.
