• Ticking is 100% polyester marron and gray quilted to our comfort layer system.
• Two pieces of 1/2” thermally bonded fiber batting (fire barrier)
• Two pieces of 1/2" thick open cell foam quilted into the top and bottoms panel.
• Four pieces of poly densified fiber, 1" thick, odor free, non-toxic, hypo-allergenic, and moister resistant
• Spring is an industry leading Bonnell 364 unit- 13 gauge tempered steel spring wire with a 6-gauge border wire.
• Edge binding is polyester tape with a fire-retardant treatment.
• Fire rated high performance thread in compliance with A-A-55195
• Passes Federal Flammability Standards 16 CFR 1632 and 1633.

• Box spring designed to match and work with our Royal court mattress.
• Constructed with spruce or pine wood slats.
• Bottom edges blunted by sanding.
• Cinched staples and is square and true.
• Minimum of 1/2" fire barrier insulator pad used for fill.
• Corners reinforced with polyurethane foam.
• Fire barrier is quilted to ticking.
• Plastic corner guards installed on each corner for protection for the unit.
• Passes Federal Flammability Standards 16 CFR 1632 and 1633
