There are two means for checking order delivery status online:
Logged in: If you are logged in then you may navigate to your My Account Dashboard. Check the 'My Orders' applet and you should see all of your recent orders listed. Click on the order in question to see the status.
Not logged in (or did not place the order): If you are not logged in, or if you did not place the order then click on the 'Order Status' link in the top header on every page. You will need to search for your order, almost certainly with the UNICOR order number or your agency purchase order number. Once you've found the order in question, click on it to see the status.
Delivery Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, our inmate clerks will enter the data necessary to link to the shipping company's delivery tracking website. The shipping company's logo will appear, wrapped with a hyperlink to that tracking website. Click on it to see what happened after it left UNICOR.
If the order is delinquent or if it has shipped but no tracking information appears, then please contact our customer service center for assistance. Please include the order number, line item(s) in your inquiry.
